		<description>According to the Edward Lowe Foundation 96% of customers will never tell you when they are unhappy.  My thoughts are that people should be thankful when someone calls to complain because they are doing you a favor and most will never take the time.

I think another key to great customer service is to be proactive.  Don&#039;t wait for customers to contact you.  Contact them after every sales or appointment and ask them if they are happy and if not, why not.

That&#039;s my two cents.  Thanks for listening.
