Windows 7 is Almost Here!!

windows-7-beta

Hello readers, I hope you are doing great today! Thanks for reading what will basically be my first real post. Please excuse the constant website changes for the next few days or so until I get the website in order. The website is only 12 hours live or so.

Windows 7 due to come out Oct. 22nd 2009 (hope they don’t delay the release date on us), is probably the best operating system to date since windows started in the early 90′s. I lived through the era of every windows operating system made so coming from me that says a hell of a lot.

Windows 7 will be available in Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate versions. It even has a windows XP mode if you have an extra gig of ram to spare.

Windows 7 is to – great operating system-, as Vista is to -garbage operating system-. Vista was a huge flop and every pc I own has been downgraded to windows XP (except 1). Yes, one computer I own has a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate beta which I plan to purchase when it comes out.

By the way, just a little tid-bit of information; The XP in Windows XP stood for Experience. I guess Bill Gates wanted us to Experience the future. Windows 7 is definatly the future of where operating systems will soon take us. I can’t wait!

I recommend Windows 7 to everyone who is a Windows XP person. Windows 7 is like a beefed up Windows XP in a nutshell. Everyone knows Windows XP was the best operating system to date. Up until now.

Windows 7 is an awesome software package that will take you for the ride of your life. I have never experienced such power with any other operating system. If you are a big PC Gamer or Multimedia lover, Windows 7 is a must have.

Even if you are not into the big fancy PC’s for multimedia purposes, Widows 7 is still a must have for you as well. As a matter of fact, you don’t need as much power to run Windows 7 at all. That means you don’t have to pay a lot of money for a computer you want.

Windows 7 is not ram hungry like Vista and it still runs ten times faster. The minimun requirements to run Windows 7 will help everyones pocket in the long run.

Windows 7 is way more user friendly than any operating system I have ever seen before. Even Granny will be able to learn how to use a computer now.

A new feature of the desktop that I like most is called “Aero Peek”. Aero Peek makes your open windows translucent (see-through) so you can see what’s on your desktop behind. It’s a very cool and easy idea that I like best about the desktop upgrades.

There are tons more visual upgrades in Windows 7. From Backgrounds to screen savers and slide shows you create. The new task bar features make it easy enough that a first timer can learn quick. Windows 7 is lots of fun with reliability.

With features like “HomeGroup”, networking is so simple a fist timer could do it. Just hook up 2 computers to a router and choose share. Now you can share pictures, music, video, documents, and much more, without any setup or troubleshooting.

And when it comes to wireless networking it’s even easier. It’s literally 2 clicks, a few seconds, and your connected! I couldn’t believe how fast I got online with a wireless connection.

Those that got to experience the media center edition for Windows version XP were seeing the future. The new Media Center will come with all versions of Windows 7 and will blow your mind.

Windows Media Player 12 is unbelievable on Windows 7! And another feature called “Jump List” that will sort out programs on what it thinks you will like.

For instance my music “Jump List” automatically put music I was most likely to listen to in the Jump List window. I removed the music I didnt like and added my own. Now I created my own favorites music window automatically.

Finally a real 64 bit operating system that doesn’t crash all the time. I fixed over 200 computers in the past year that got the blue screen of death crash. They were all using Vista 64bit operating systems. Vista’s 64 bit was a peice of junk!

If you haven’t noticed already computer makers have started making 64 bit processors, as well as many other upgrades in hardware technology. The software is finally here. Now they are building the hardware to keep up with the software. Touch screens, Holograms, and Interactive Technology here I come!!!

All in all; Windows 7 puts the maximum performance out of a lot less hardware than ever before! It’s faster, smarter, and more reliable than any operating system out there. I suggest you save your pennies until October 22nd.

I hope you enjoyed my first of many posts about windows 7. If you have any questions about fixing your computer on your own email me at rc@rchubb.com

Thank you and have a great day!
